Overview:

　　Linear vibrating screens uses the vibration motor installed at the bottom of it as the vibration source. When working, the two motors spin in opposite directions, the eccentric blocks at the ends of motor produce vibration force. Under the action of vibration force, the screen box which supports on the four compression spring produces a continuous linear vibration. In the process of the movement, the materials do the projectile motion and keep going in a straight line at the same time. The materials enter into the feed port,go through the multilayer screen mesh, then different size of materials are separated out from different outlets.The device has the advantages of low energy consumption, high output, simple structure, easy maintenance, fully enclosed structure, no dust overflow and automatic discharge, and is more suitable for assembly line operation.
